Annual Inspection including:

• Toilets are checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation. Any needed adjustments are free.
• All faucets are checked against a rigid “performance test”.
• Exposed water lines are checked for damage.
• Piping under all bathroom and kitchen sinks are checked for signs of potential water damage.
• Drains are checked for leaks and clogs.
• Your washing machine hoses and valves-thoroughly checked.
• Your water heater is checked for safety, leaks and signs of corrosion. (Water heaters are often a major cause of water damage.)
• Any concerns and questions you have concerning your home plumbing are ALWAYS gladly answered.
• Drain VisionTM Inspection performed on the main sewer line (if suitable clean-out is present).
